We are still spot checking problems in the data center. We will answer and return calls as best as we can however we are experiencing a high call volume so we appreciate your patience.

To Our Valued Clients,

In the evening hours of January 22, 2019, our clients experienced an interruption in their services. The purpose of this email is to brief you on the cause of the incident.

There was an Oncor power outage at approximately 7:20PM. Our critical power infrastructure kicked in per our power incident procedures. All data center power successfully rolled over to our UPS infrastructure and then to our Cummins generator. However, shortly after the generator started, there was a failure with a coolant hose clamp that caused a coolant leakage. This resulted in a hard generator shut-off that took many clients and some internal operations down. This also affected some of our ability to communicate with our clients.
